Club badges
If you are a member of a veteran’s club, you would certainly look good with a nice badge on your jacket. Again, it must meet the attributes for the pit technique, i.e. each coloured area must be framed by a copper bar. We can pin and brooch bridge, depending on shape and size.
The price for one piece is around 30-65 €. This is a handmade jewel that will be yours for the next hundred years.
Copies of the original plaques
We can make copies based on a photo or scan, ideally you need to know the exact dimensions. We have to process the design in vectors, which we then pass on to be etched in copper, so that we can then start enamelling.
We can’t always achieve exactly the same shade of colour. We have many colours, but they cannot be mixed. A good example is mixing salt and pepper. You don’t get grey, you get grainy black and white. If you pick up a few historical emblems or badges of the same brand, you will find that the shades have changed often in the past.
Original plaques for event organisers
We will make you original plaques for the veteran event you are hosting. This unique plaque can be displayed at home or attached to the car as a piece of jewellery to proudly proclaim the event. Due to the cost, it is likely that not every attendee will be interested, but we can make a few pieces and if there is more interest, you can reorder additional pieces. It may also be a valuable prize for successful competitors.
